From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every aspect of our visit was handled with the utmost professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Your staff were beyond accommodating – always courteous, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. A special thanks to Maggie (the manager), Sergio, and José who went above and beyond to assist us. We also appreciate all the restaurant staff and bartenders – they were fantastic!

Good little hotel, beds are very comfortable, breakfast was good, no issues

Stayed here last week with 16 other golfers. This place is superb but the staff are outstanding. 
Alice on the front desk is a star in the making, she is mature beyond her years and able to represent the hotel in a very professional and respectful manner. 

Rafael is another star. 

We will certainly be back again next year.

I have stayed in the Magnolia Hotel before and I found there's is lots to love to about this place,it's location and it's staff. There is a consistency about the Hotel and what I mean is that (a) the staff are friendly,professional,hardworking, and are always happy to help.(b) the location is excellent, literally 5 minutes from Quinta Shopping Centre although sadly and I have mentioned this before there is no footpath to Quinta Shopping Centre which is totally out of control of Magnolia Hotel and the local authorities should really try and rectify the situation but the good news is,you can get a taxi in minutes to any location and it's very affordable.
The Hotel is spotlessly clean. I am happy to give 4.75%. Stars.
It's a great spot.

Hotel mets it requirement and is very well situated for Quinta Do Lago

The Hotel is fully adequate for its requirement, have stayed on multiple occasions. We didnt use the pool on this visit due to the weather. The breakfast is very nice with lots of options including a full English Breakfast. The rooms are of a good size and very comfortable.

Bedroom was clean. Spa + Gym area was very good. Free breakfast was a nice touch & staff were very friendly. Location was superb too.
