|Online Registration||We use this information to provide you with the services provided on the Quinta do Lago website, as well as access to the online store and online booking platform.||The information you enter when you register on The Magnolia Hotel website are your title, first name, surname, email address, being over 18 and – if you provide them – additional details about your postal address and preferences related to sending commercial mailings and language preferences.
In order to register successfully, you must agree to the terms of membership of The Magnolia Hotel website.

|Booking Engine||Facilitate the booking of various services such as Golf, Hotel and Restaurants belonging to the group.||The data concerning your booking, as well as the name, email, nationality and in some cases the telephone number.||Your data will be used to mark and confirm the reservation, as well as afterwards it can be used for written / oral communication by the reserve teams.
Your data will be stored using the reservation management systems provided by our suppliers: Concept Software Systems, Host PMS & ResDiary/VinciTables.
|Using the Quinta do Lago App – available on Android and iOS||Provides you with access to existing resort activities and products, such as special offers.||If you contact us through the APP, we may keep a record of this correspondence and the information you provide, including your email address, your name and your nationality.||If you contact us through the APP, we will only use your Information in relation to the submitted application and in relation to any additional correspondence that we maintain with you.|
|Gift Cards / Vouchers||Provide you the Gift Card and / or Vouchers services. The Gift Card / Voucher is a prepaid shopping card that can be used as a payment card in the QDL Group or in The Magnolia Hotel.||• The information you enter when you sign up for a Gift Card and / or Voucher, including your title, name, contact information, type of payment, amount on Gift Card and / or Voucher.
• Information about your use of the Gift Card.
