Five-night stays are mandatory to reserve package. Rates are per night; per base room occupancy of two adults lodged in a Standard Twin room or one adult lodged in a Standard Single room. All rates include taxes.
GOLF INFORMATION (only for golfers)
Package includes three rounds of golf, on one of the Quinta do Lago Golf Courses according to guests’ choice and subject to course availability. Rounds are per adult and per stay; and will not be refunded, or transferred to another guest if used or not. Presentation of a handicap certificate is mandatory to validate guests to play golf (Men/28 – Ladies/36). Rounds of golf for children (when sharing accommodation with parents, free of charge) are not contemplated in any Hotel packages and will be quoted additionally after online reservation process. Children that play golf will not benefit from any discounts and regardless of their age will be charged the full resident rates.
SPA INFORMATION (only for non-golfers)
Guests not choosing the golf rounds of the package, will be rewarded a €175 spa voucher, entitling them to book treatments and/or massages up to that amount during their stay. Any treatments and/or massages exceeding the voucher are not included and will be charged accordingly. No refunds will be given irrespective if the amount is used or not, and cannot be transferred to other guests.
WELLNESS INFORMATION (valid for golfers & non-golfers)
Free daily use of the hotel’s wellness facilities is included in the package rate, namely: access to the outdoor heated saltwater pool, gym; steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. Any additional treatments and or massages are not included and will be charged. For safety reasons, the wellness area may only be used by persons over the age of 18, or over 16 when accompanied by a personal trainer or parent.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Package rates include daily buffet breakfast and two dinners per person served at the hotel restaurant. Beverages are not included in the dinners and will be charged on consumption basis. Any discounts attributed locally at the hotel on food & beverage consumptions are directly deducted from normal rates; unless specified and in these cases will be deduced from the guest’s bill during the act of check-out. No food or beverages brought into the hotel (external purchases) may be consumed in any of the hotels public areas, without the express written consent of the hotel Management and for which a charge may be made by the hotel.
A deposit of 20% of the total stay (non-refundable if booking is cancelled), is requested to be made at the time of reservation, payment will be taken from the credit card supplied at time of booking. Guests that do not provide valid payment details, the hotel reserves the right to consider the booking – Not Confirmed – and may release the room for sale. At the discretion of the hotel, full pre-payment may be requested, and in these cases, written notice shall be given to the guest by the Reservations Department. Settlement of the bill in full, less any advance payments must be made prior to departure from the hotel. Payment of the full reservation, if not previously settled, is due and charged upon arrival. A down-payment in cash or pre-authorisation to a credit card supplied at time of check-in, of 50 Eur per day (up to a maximum of 150 Eur per room) will be requested to cover consumptions, refunded in the event of not being used. All major credit and debit cards (after check-in) are accepted. Credit facilities are not offered to private individuals. All sums are due for payment on presentation of the invoice.
CANCELLATIONS, AMENDMENTS, NON-ARRIVAL AND EARLY DEPARTURES
Cancellations and amendments for bookings made online can be made via the hotel’s official website or, via telephone with the Reservations Department on +351 289 005 301 (weekdays, from 09 am to 06 pm – local time). When the booking is confirmed, a reservation number will be generated and supplied with the booking confirmation (sent via email). This must be retained for access to the booking in the event of the need for cancellation and/or amendment. Reservations can be cancelled up to 8 days prior to arrival, with no penalty (with the exception of the 20% deposit paid at time of booking), in the event of a cancellation within 7 days of the time of arrival, the full stay will be charged. In the event of non-arrival and/or early departure, any deposit paid is non-refundable and the total stay will be charged. Normal terms of payment apply to all cancellation charges. For this purpose, the hotel reserves the right to off-set the amount payable for such cancellation against the guest’s credit card, without prior notice or approval of the guest, where applicable. However, written notice of this charge will be sent to the guest. A cancellation number will be provided at the time of cancellation and this should be retained for future reference.
